At the Founder’s Office, we work closely with leadership on strategic projects, business research, operations, and decision-making. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn how a company is built and run from the inside.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Founder’s Office Intern who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. This role involves working directly with the leadership team on cross-functional tasks including strategy, research, operations, and execution support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Founder/Leadership in day-to-day strategic and operational activities.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prepare reports/presentations.
  • Support in business planning, data analysis, and process improvements.
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Take ownership of special projects assigned by the Founder’s Office.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation (Business, Management, Economics, or related field preferred).
  • Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Suite (Excel & PowerPoint essential).
  • A proactive, problem-solving, and “can-do” attitude.
