What you’ll do

Ship end-to-end: design → implement → deploy → observe. Frontend (Next.js) + backend (FastAPI/Node) + data/ML pipelines when needed.

Make AI carry P&L weight: instrument agents to concrete KPIs (resolution time, accuracy, CSAT, cost per task, SLA adherence) and improve them iteratively.

Build serious RAG: retrieval routing, evaluators, guardrails, grounding with exact span citations, doc parsers (tables/figures), multimodal inputs, and eval harnesses.

Automate the web & workflows: Playwright/RPA-style flows for internal tools (Salesforce, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Atlassian, SAP modules), plus robust selectors, retries, and fallbacks.

Productionize models: prompt/program LLMs, add memory/caching, design safety layers, measure cost/latency/quality trade-offs.

Own reliability: tracing/observability, red-teaming, load & cost profiling, rollouts/feature flags, and good incident hygiene.

Partner with customers: sit with end-users, map processes, ship fast iterations, and turn ambiguous needs into shipped value.

Uplift the team: write crisp docs, share playbooks, and help hire great people.
