Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Formulation Scientist located in Vadodara. The Formulation Scientist will be responsible for conducting research, developing and optimizing formulations, and performing laboratory experiments. The role involves engaging in technology transfer processes and contributing to innovations within the Research and Development (R&D) team. The Formulation Scientist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development aligns with company standards and objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Formulation development and optimization
• Proficiency in Laboratory skills including hands-on experience with various equipment and processes
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and ability to conduct and evaluate experiments effectively
• Knowledge of Technology Transfer processes and related considerations
• Attention to detail, analytical skills, and critical thinking abilities
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries is an advantage
• Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
