Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Formulation Scientist to join our team at Aculife Healthcare Pvt. Ltd, with 0-8 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and optimize formulations for pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new product development projects.
  • Conduct formulation development activities, including solid orals, capsules, and tablets.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve formulation-related issues using analytical techniques such as HPLC and GC.
  • Ensure all formulations meet quality standards and are manufactured according to GMP guidelines.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and developments in formulation science.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master's degree in Science (M.Sc).
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation principles, including dosage forms and excipients.
  • Experience with formulation development software and tools, such as QMS and batch manufacturing records.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and GMP guidelines is essential.
