ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking qualified and experienced Food Experts / Inspectors to be empaneled for conducting on-site food inspections and audits under the requirements of ISO 17020 and as per FSSAI guidelines. The role involves assessing food establishments, ensuring compliance with applicable food safety standards, and preparing audit/inspection reports in line with accreditation body (NABCB) guidelines. Job Type: Freelancer / Empanelment Basis SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: ·             B. Sc/ M.Sc / B.Tech in Food technology/Bio chemistry/Microbiology or similar courses ·             Preferably having undergone suitable training from recognized institute for conducting hygienic inspections of hotels, restaurants, canteens, etc. ·             Strong understanding of food safety management systems (ISO 22000 / FSSAI regulations). ·             Knowledge of audit methodologies and reporting formats. ·             Excellent communication, observation, and analytical skills. ·             Willingness to travel for site inspections. Ability to work independently with professional integrity, Impartiality and Confidentiality Remuneration: As per assignment and experience (Freelance / per audit basis)
