We're looking for a personal assistant to join our team, to assist with overall management and coordination, of the firm. Position Details: • This is a part-time Responsibilities: 1.Press: Handling the press account and replying to the mails. ( Mostly standardized formats and press-kits to be sent, but sometimes will have to be specialized ) 2.Accounts And Paperwork: Some bank related paperwork that happens once in every 3 months, Keeping the Excel file up to date which has the list of payments made by the clients. 3.Client Dealing: Making calls to clients regarding salary payments and handling the initial client mails. 4.Scheduling: Making daily, weekly and monthly schedules for the principal architect and co-ordinating his meetings with said parties. 5.The candidate should be open to traveling for up to 15 days per month.
