Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Personal Assistant role based in Delhi, India. The Personal Assistant will provide day-to-day support to executives by managing their calendars, coordinating meetings, handling clerical tasks, and ensuring seamless communication. The role includes maintaining schedules, managing diaries, and assisting with administrative tasks to optimize efficiency and organization. The Personal Assistant will also be responsible for handling correspondence and ensuring professional support is provided at all times.

Qualifications

Experience in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
Strong Communication and Diary Management skills
Competency in Clerical and Administrative tasks
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is advantageous
