Food & Beverage Operations Executive

Role Description

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented personnel. To ensure smooth day-to-day operations for beverage startup. You’ll be the single point of accountability for ensuring that onsite functions (administration, compliance, vendor management, and office coordination) run seamlessly and support business growth.

You'll be assisting in overseeing and coordinating daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining databases and records related to operations activities. Collaboration with various departments to streamline processes and improve overall operational effectiveness will be a crucial part of your role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree

Your KRA(s) are the following:

• Finding, and Coordinating Manufacturers, Labs, Packaging, Marketing
• Monitoring phases from R&D, Testing, Material Sourcing, Manufacturing, Testing
• Analyzing Market structure, customer behaviors and entry point
• Checking with legal authorities for licenses
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
