Food & Beverage Manager

Job Summary

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations to ensure excellent service, high-quality products, and efficient management. This role focuses on guest satisfaction, staff leadership, cost control, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily food and beverage operations across restaurants, bars, room service, and events
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise food and beverage staff
• Develop and implement service standards, policies, and procedures
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage budgets
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Plan menus, promotions, and special events in collaboration with chefs and management
• Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports

• Proven experience in food and beverage management or hospitality leadership
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and local regulations
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Education & Experience

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field (preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in food and beverage operations or management

Work Environment

• Fast-paced hospitality environment
• Requires standing for long periods and interacting with guests and staff

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
