Job Overview: As a Hotel Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales for our properties and venues. You will work towards achieving assigned revenue targets and will be eligible for a sales bonus based on performance. We are looking for a passionate and proactive individual with 3-4 years of relevant experience in banquet, event, or hospitality sales. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and actively pursue banquet sales opportunities. Meet with prospective clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals within company guidelines. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless event execution. Maintain client relationships to secure repeat and referral business. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in IDS. Attend networking events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
