Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all food and beverage operations including restaurants, bar, banquets, and room service.
Ensure high standards of service quality, food presentation, and guest satisfaction.
Implement and monitor hotel SOPs, hygiene, safety, and FSSAI compliance.
Plan and control departmental budgets, food cost, beverage cost, and operating expenses.
Monitor inventory, wastage, pilferage, and ensure effective stock control.
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise F&B service staff.
Maintain staff grooming, discipline, and performance standards.
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with Executive Chef on menu planning, pricing, and promotions.
Work closely with Sales team for banquets, events, and group bookings.
Ensure proper MIS reporting, daily operations reports, and monthly reviews.
Drive revenue growth through upselling, promotions, and service innovation
