Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all food and beverage operations including restaurants, bar, banquets, and room service.
  • Ensure high standards of service quality, food presentation, and guest satisfaction.
  • Implement and monitor hotel SOPs, hygiene, safety, and FSSAI compliance.
  • Plan and control departmental budgets, food cost, beverage cost, and operating expenses.
  • Monitor inventory, wastage, pilferage, and ensure effective stock control.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise F&B service staff.
  • Maintain staff grooming, discipline, and performance standards.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with Executive Chef on menu planning, pricing, and promotions.
  • Work closely with Sales team for banquets, events, and group bookings.
  • Ensure proper MIS reporting, daily operations reports, and monthly reviews.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, promotions, and service innovation
