Food And Beverage Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Supervisor located in Jaipur. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will oversee daily food and beverage service operations, ensure adherence to service standards, and maintain excellent customer service. The individual will also manage staff, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and ensure the well-being and satisfaction of guests. Additional responsibilities include inventory management, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Supervisory Skills and Managing Staff
• Knowledge of Service Standards and Food Service Procedures
• Strong Customer Service and Communication Skills
• Experience in the hospitality industry is beneficial
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in HM is preferred
