Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Supervisor located in Noida. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will oversee daily operations in the food and beverage department, ensuring high service standards. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining customer service excellence, coordinating food service activities, and ensuring effective communication within the team.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to manage and motivate staff
• Understanding of Service Standards and ensuring consistency in service delivery
• Experience in Food Service operations
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Effective Communication skills to interact with staff and guests
• Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
