Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager located in Siliguri. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensure quality food service, manage customer service interactions, and train staff. The role also includes responsibilities such as budgeting, managing inventory, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Strong Customer Service skills
• Ability to train and develop staff
• Experience in Budgeting and financial management
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
