Job Description

The Food and Beverages Manager (or FnB Manager) is responsible for the overall administration, marketing of the Hotel’s outlets which include Sheila Restaurant, (soon to be opened) The Sky Lounge, and an upcoming cafe. The candidate should have atleast 3 years’ experience in the relevant sectors which include restaurants, resorts and hotels. The key competencies include knowledge of online marketing, cost control, service coordination and inventory control.
