Jubilee restaurant is a locally renowned dining destination in Wayanad, known for its exceptional service, vibrant atmosphere, and commitment to culinary excellence. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our team and elevate our guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant’s food and beverage service
• Lead, train, and motivate service staff to ensure high standards of hospitality
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to maintain smooth workflow
• Plan and execute promotional events and seasonal menu updates
• Maintain staff schedules and manage labor costs effectively

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B or restaurant management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and cost control
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
