Food and Beverage Manager

We are looking for a skilled Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Prerna Engineering Education Group Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in food and beverage operations.

• Manage daily food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement menus, recipes, and promotions to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Supervise kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage waste control measures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.

• Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, menu planning, and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and social media platforms.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
