Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager located in Chhindwara. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring excellent customer service, managing food service and training staff. The manager will also handle budgeting, inventory management, and work to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Experience in Training and hiring staff
• Proficiency in Budgeting
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
