Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management: Overseeing the daily operations of food and beverage outlets to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Staff Management: Recruiting, training, scheduling, and appraising staff to build a motivated and high-performing team.
  • Menu Planning and Development: Working with chefs to create innovative menus and manage menu engineering to maximize profitability.
  • Inventory and Purchasing: Managing inventory, placing orders for food and beverages, and ensuring an adequate supply of products.
  • Financial Management: Monitoring revenues and expenses, managing budgets, and implementing strategies to boost sales and profitability.
  • Customer Service: Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues, gathering feedback, and providing an excellent dining experience.
  • Health and Safety: Implementing and monitoring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including HACCP standards.
  • Supplier Relations: Negotiating with suppliers for the best terms and quality of products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
