Food and Beverage Manager

Employee responsibilities and area of operations are given below:-

· Ensure service standardization across all the ongoing and upcoming Retirement Community of the Company.

· Ensure the desired standards in food preparation and service is achieved.

· To create variety of dishes and to break monotony in taste

· To ensure healthy and hygienic food.

· Participate in the menu planning and standardization of the recipes

· Participate in the monthly food meetings.

· Ensure proper upkeep of assets of the Kitchen and stock at the stores and conduct routine inspection, food audits and store stock verification.

· Participate in vendor negotiations and finalization based on quotes and ensure periodic review on the consistency with price & quality

· Plan and organize for the party menus & theme based events at the community

· Create a peaceful environment to work for the team members looking into their staff welfare measures. Provide job rotation and train members to assume larger responsibility.

· Share Job checklist with all staff and review daily to ensure strict adherence of the same

· Minimise food wastage and ensure the desired margins are achieved as per the budget.

· To ensure the taste and variety of the menus is approved and appreciated by the majority clients keeping the cost in consideration.

Must need following skills to apply.

Experience in Food Production & Service and Customer Service

• Excellent Communication skills
• Require 5 to 10 years of experience in the food industry.
• Need basic computer skills, including Excel, Word, and email management proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous experience in hospitality industry is a plus
• Knowledge of local cuisine and cultural practices is beneficial

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
