Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations of 3-8 food service venues across assigned properties, ensuring consistent quality standards and managing annual revenues of $2-5M per location
  • Develop and execute strategic F&B programming that enhances tenant experience, including pop-up markets, corporate catering services, and community dining events Negotiate and manage vendor relationships with restaurants, caterers, and specialty food providers while maintaining profit margins of 15-25% Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to optimize menu offerings and service delivery, presenting quarterly performance reports to property stakeholders Lead cross-functional teams of 15-30 F&B staff, providing ongoing training on customer service excellence, food safety protocols, and JLL brand standards
  • Coordinate with building engineering and security teams to ensure seamless integration of F&B operations within overall property management systems Plan and execute large-scale corporate events and tenant appreciation programs serving 200-1,000+ attendees while managing budgets up to $50K per event
  • Conduct regular property walkthroughs and tenant surveys to identify opportunities for service enhancement and space optimization
