About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our institutional catering operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large dining facilities, ensuring quality, maintaining hygiene standards, and delivering excellent service across hostels, colleges, corporate canteens, or similar setups. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day F&B operations in institutional dining facilities. Ensure menu planning, consumption control, wastage control and cost control in coordination with chefs. Lead and manage kitchen & service staff with clear SOPs. Maintain top standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance (FSSAI, audits, inspections) . Vendor management – procurement, negotiation, and stock control. Drive customer satisfaction through timely service and feedback management. Handle budgeting, billing, and financial reporting for F&B operations. Innovate menu cycles, introduce food festivals, and reduce wastage. Candidate Profile 5–6+ years of prior experience in institutional / large-scale F&B management. Strong leadership and people management skills. Hands-on knowledge of kitchen operations, hygiene protocols, and cost management . Excellent communication and client-handling ability.
