Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Food and Beverage Captain at Krishna Palace Hotel, located in Mumbai. As a Food and Beverage Captain, you will oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensure high service standards, and manage a team of service staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include coordinating food service operations, maintaining team efficiency, addressing customer inquiries, and upholding quality and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
• Proficiency in maintaining and enforcing high Service Standards and adhering to quality measures
• Experience in Food Service, including setting up service stations and monitoring food presentation
• Excellent Customer Service skills to provide an exceptional guest experience and address concerns professionally
• Strong Communication skills for seamless coordination with team, kitchen staff, and management
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to address operational challenges
• Relevant experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry
• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred
