Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Captain at The Amore Surat. The Food and Beverage Captain will be responsible for supervising service staff to ensure high-quality customer service and food service standards. Responsibilities include delegating tasks, monitoring service delivery, ensuring adherence to service standards, addressing customer needs, and maintaining smooth operations during service hours. The role requires on-site presence at The Amore in Surat.

• Possess strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Service Standards and Food Service processes to ensure excellence in operations.
• Outstanding Customer Service skills to address guest needs and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Excellent Communication abilities to interact with guests and coordinate with team members efficiently.
• Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is highly advantageous.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure during busy service periods.
