Company Description "The Amore" is an exclusive boutique banquet facility in Surat, created with the vision to go beyond in ambiance, menu, and service to cater to the existing vacuum in the city. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Banquet Captain at The Amore in Surat. The Banquet Captain will be responsible for supervising and managing the food service, ensuring excellent customer service, effective communication, and overseeing the food & beverage operations on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications Supervisory Skills: Experience in leading and managing a team Food Service Skills: Knowledge of food handling and service standards Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide exceptional service to guests Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities Food & Beverage Knowledge: Understanding of menu items and beverage options Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in banquet or hospitality industry is a plus Show more Show less
