Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Captain, based in Kondotti. The Food and Beverage Captain is responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring service standards are met, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves overseeing staff performance, coordinating service delivery, and training employees in food and beverage operations. Additionally, the position requires effective communication to address customer needs and ensure smooth collaboration within the team.

• Extensive experience in food and beverage service operations with a focus on quality
