Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Captain located in Gurugram. The Food and Beverage Captain will oversee daily operations in the food and beverage area, ensuring service standards are met and exceeded. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing service schedules, maintaining high-quality food service, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves coordinating with the kitchen staff and managing inventory. Qualifications Supervisory skills to manage and guide the team effectively Experience with maintaining service standards and ensuring consistent quality Proficiency in food service operations Strong customer service skills to interact and ensure a positive guest experience and well spoken english.
