Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The role involves managing day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring high-quality guest experiences, and coordinating with various departments to maintain operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring guest feedback, managing reservations, and ensuring compliance with company standards. The candidate will focus on fostering client relationships, optimizing guest satisfaction, and upholding the brand's reputation for excellence in hospitality and personalized service.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, customer service, and team management
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple tasks and priorities
• Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience with reservation and property management systems
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous hotel or hospitality industry experience is highly desirable
