Role Overview: As an F&B Service Associate at Shilton Hospitality Pvt Ltd, your main responsibility will be to ensure an outstanding dining experience for guests. This includes efficiently serving guests, maintaining service standards, and overseeing smooth restaurant operations. Your role will require excellent communication skills, a guest-friendly attitude, and a solid understanding of F&B service procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables. - Present menus, explain dishes, and offer recommendations as needed. - Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen/bar. - Serve food and beverages following proper etiquette and service sequence. - Regularly check on guests to ensure their satisfaction and promptly address any requests. - Handle guest complaints or escalate them to seniors when necessary. - Set up and clear tables according to hotel/restaurant standards. - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant, including cutlery, crockery, and service stations. - Assist in buffet setup, replenishment, and clearance. - Support billing procedures and cash handling in line with guidelines. - Complete opening and closing checklists as required. - Coordinate effectively with kitchen, stewarding, and bar teams to ensure smooth service. - Maintain clear communication with team members. - Keep the supervisor/manager informed about guest feedback and operational issues. - Engage in suggestive selling of menu items, promotions, and signature dishes. - Assist in meeting daily and monthly revenue targets. - Follow all F&B service SOPs and adhere to HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards. - Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards at all times. Qualifications Required: - Diploma/degree in hospitality preferred (though not mandatory). - Minimum of 2 years of experience in F&B service (freshers with a positive attitude are welcome to apply). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of restaurant service, table setup, and basic F&B terminology. - Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.,
