Food And Beverage Assistant

As a Cafe Steward and Barista, you will represent Crave&aposs commitment to excellence by engaging with walk-in customers, educating them about our innovative product range, and showcasing the uniqueness of our brand story, making beverages and cafe food along with serving the customers. Day-to-day tasks include preparing ingredients, plating, assisting with event setups, and providing a memorable experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Be the front face of the Bakery and Handle walk-in customers
• Handle sales enquires and assist customers accordingly positively
• Make beverages and cafe food
• Can manage point of Sales system and do store billing for all the orders
• Handle food serving to customers.
• Handle all product enquires and coordinate with the production team
• Provide strong and professional Customer Service
• Provide strong and efficient administrative support
• Can follow recipes and make the cafe beverages and savoury products, according to the company standards
• Handle Online orders (Swiggy Zomato)
• 6 days working

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Min 1 Year work experience in a relevant industry
• Excellent Communication skills
• Skills in Food Preparation and Food Service
• Excellent customer service
• Expertise in Food & Beverage operations
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Passion for plant-based, vegan, or health-conscious food is beneficial
