Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Food and Beverage Assistant role located in Karjat. Responsibilities include assisting with food preparation and service, ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering quality service, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in food and beverage areas. This role requires active engagement with guests, collaborating with team members, and upholding the resort’s standards of excellence for an exceptional dining experience.

• Food Preparation and Food Service skills to support kitchen and service operations effectively.
• Food & Beverage expertise to maintain high standards in product offerings and service delivery.
• Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with guests and address their needs seamlessly.
• Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in hospitality or food and beverage roles is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional training or certifications in food and beverage preferred.
