Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a KST Supervisor at The Forest Club Resort & Spa Karjat. The KST Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the resort's KST activities, ensuring a seamless guest experience. The role involves managing the team, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the resort's reputation.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field
• Knowledge of resort operations and customer service best practices
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality service
• Certification or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
