Job Title: F&B Service Associate Location: Ayatana Ooty Department: Food & Beverage Service Reports to: F&B Manager Employment Type: Full-Time JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused F&B Service Associate to join our team at Ayatana, Ooty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering a high-quality dining experience by ensuring excellent guest service and maintaining a clean and pleasant environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar. Serve food and beverages promptly while following hygiene and safety standards. Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and addressing any concerns. Maintain cleanliness and setup of dining areas before, during, and after service. Assist with mise en place, table settings, and buffet arrangements. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow. Process bills and handle guest payments as required. Follow resort policies, grooming standards, and SOPs. Requirements: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role (resort/hotel experience preferred). Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality and a team player. Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette.
