FOB Sourcing Executive Apparel

In your role as a FOB Sourcing Executive at Shakti Brandz Private Limited, you will be an integral part of the apparel manufacturing and fashion retail industry. Your primary responsibilities will involve supplier identification and evaluation, FOB pricing and negotiation, sample development and approval, production monitoring, documentation and compliance, vendor relationship management, and market analysis. Your dedication and efforts will directly contribute to the efficient delivery of high-quality products, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to company policies and legal requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Research and identify potential suppliers for fabrics, trims, and finished garments, ensuring they meet quality, compliance, and cost standards. - Collaborate with vendors to negotiate favorable FOB pricing, aligning with budgetary constraints and company goals. - Coordinate with suppliers to develop and approve samples that meet design specifications and quality standards. - Oversee the production process to ensure timely delivery, quality adherence, and resolution of production issues. - Ensure all sourcing activities comply with company policies and legal requirements, maintaining accurate records. - Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster collaboration and mutual growth. - Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sourcing strategies. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Textile Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in apparel sourcing with a focus on FOB operations. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); sourcing and procurement software familiarity is a plus. - Strong negotiation skills to achieve cost-effective solutions with suppliers. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. - Willingness to travel to supplier locations as needed.,
