Job Description

As a Field Sales Officer at Boche Tea in Trivandrum, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling Boche Tea products, achieving sales targets, and expanding market reach. Your main responsibilities will include: - Visiting retail shops, supermarkets, and distributors to promote and sell Boche Tea products. - Achieving monthly sales targets and expanding market reach. - Ensuring product visibility and availability in the assigned territory. - Building and maintaining good relationships with customers and channel partners. - Providing daily market feedback and reports to the sales manager. - Coordinating with the distribution team for timely delivery and stock management. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in FMCG (Tea or beverage sector preferred). - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Willingness to travel within the Trivandrum region. - Basic knowledge of sales reporting and local market dynamics. - Owning a two-wheeler and valid driving license is preferred.
