Job Description

The Field Sales Officer position at Boche Tea in Trivandrum is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join the sales team. With a focus on FMCG sales, the ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in the field and demonstrate a passion for cultivating strong customer connections while enhancing product visibility and market growth. Key responsibilities for this role include visiting retail outlets, supermarkets, and distributors to promote and sell Boche Tea products, meeting monthly sales targets, expanding market reach, ensuring product availability in the assigned territory, fostering positive relationships with customers and channel partners, providing daily market feedback to the sales manager, and collaborating with the distribution team for seamless delivery and stock management. The requirements for this position include a minimum of 1 year of FMCG field sales experience (preferably in the tea or beverage sector), excellent communication and negotiation skills, a willingness to travel within the Trivandrum region, a basic understanding of sales reporting and local market dynamics, and ownership of a two-wheeler with a valid driving license being preferred. This is a full-time, permanent role with the benefit of provided food. The work location is in person.,
