Flutter Developer

with 1-4 years of hands-on experience in developing cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Flutter, Dart, and mobile app development best practices. You will be responsible for building high-quality, scalable, and responsive applications that deliver seamless user experiences across Android and iOS platforms.If you're passionate about crafting beautiful user interfaces, writing clean and efficient code, and solving real-world challenges through technology, this role is for you.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to build user-friendly, visually appealing, and performant apps.
Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, and plugins to enhance application functionality.
Maintain and improve existing applications by identifying and fixing bugs, optimizing performance, and ensuring code quality.
Implement responsive UI designs and animations to ensure a consistent user experience across multiple devices.
Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain coding standards and best practices.
Work closely with the backend team to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure smooth data flow between server and mobile application.
Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to continuously improve development efficiency and app quality.
Contribute to technical documentation and participate in sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
1-4 years of professional experience in Flutter application development.
Proficiency in Dart programming language and a good understanding of Flutter architecture, widgets, and state management techniques (e.g., Provider, Bloc, GetX, Riverpod).
Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and ability to translate design wireframes into high-quality code.
Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
Knowledge of version control systems such as Git/GitHub/GitLab.
Familiarity with Firebase, Google Maps API, and push notifications integration.
Solid understanding of app deployment processes on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing application performance.
Basic understanding of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for Flutter apps.
Understanding of design patterns and clean architecture.
Prior experience with App Store/Play Store live applications.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being a strong team player
