We are looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Developer who can manage and build scalable applications across the mobile and backend ecosystems. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across different technologies and handling complete project ownership. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: Mobile App Development (Flutter) • Build and maintain cross-platform apps using Flutter. • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services (e.g., Firebase). • Manage app deployments to Google Play Store and Apple App Store. • Ensure pixel-perfect UI based on Figma designs. • Handle state management (preferably BLoC architecture). • Implement scalable navigation and dependency injection (Auto Route, Injectable). Backend Development • Build and maintain APIs using Django, Node.js. • Design and manage PostgreSQL databases. • Manage deployments using Docker and Docker Compose. • Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar). Web Development (Admin Panel) • Develop and manage React-based admin dashboards. • Handle authentication, roles, and admin-specific features. DevOps / Cloud • Deploy and monitor apps on AWS (EC2, S3, Route 53). • Set up proper backups, domain mapping, and SSL. Team Support & Documentation • Conduct handovers, technical walkthroughs, and daily syncs. • Prepare clear and maintainable documentation for all projects. ⸻ Required Skills: • Flutter (with state management using BLoC) • Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Messaging) • Django, Node.js • PostgreSQL • Docker, GitHub Actions • React.js (for admin panel) • Good communication & team coordination
