Our product includes real-time market data, millisecond-level order execution, portfolio analytics, and AI-powered insights.

The Role

We are hiring Senior Flutter Developers (3–8 years) to join our core engineering team.

You will work from our Ranchi office for the first 3–4 months for product and architecture alignment, after which the role shifts to a Hybrid model.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced Flutter apps (Android, iOS, Web)
• Implement real-time features using WebSockets (market feed, trades, alerts)
• Integrate REST APIs and high-frequency data streams
• Ensure low-latency, optimized performance
• Collaborate with backend, product, and design teams
• Mentor junior developers and maintain coding standards

Core Technical Skills

• 3–8 years of professional Flutter development experience
• Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart
• Extensive WebSocket experience with high-frequency data
• Expertise in state management (BLoC, Riverpod, Provider)
• Skilled in handling large data flows and complex UI updates
• Experience in memory optimization and performance tuning

Real-Time & Performance Experience

• Experience with real-time or trading-like systems
• Efficient handling of continuous data streams
• Low-latency architecture understanding
• Optimized rendering under heavy UI refresh

Production & Scale Experience

• Published apps on Play Store / App Store with large user bases
• Strong debugging capability under real-time pressure
• Experience with performance monitoring tools (Crashlytics, Sentry, Firebase Performance)
• Code reviews and mentoring experience

Bonus Skills

• Background in fintech, stock trading, wealth-tech
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Experience with GraphQL, microservices
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
