At First Demat, we are building the next-generation stock broker platform—a mobile & web app designed for modern traders and investors. Our platform delivers real-time trading, instant order execution, portfolio insights, and AI-powered analytics.

The Role

We’re hiring 4 Flutter Developers (3–8 years experience) to join our core team. This role requires working from our Ranchi office (mandatory) for the first 3–4 months for collaboration and product setup. After that, you can Work From Home, with preferred WFH locations: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Ranchi.

You’ll be building mission-critical fintech apps where real-time data and milliseconds matter.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Flutter apps (Android, iOS, Web).

Implement and optimize real-time features using WebSockets (market data, trades, alerts).

Integrate with REST APIs and streaming services.

Ensure low-latency, secure, and scalable applications.

Work with product, backend, and design teams to deliver seamless trading experiences.

Mentor juniors and contribute to coding best practices.

Core Technical Skills

3–8 years of professional software development experience

Expert-level Flutter & Dart proficiency (not just basics)

Proven WebSocket mastery with experience handling high-frequency data streams

Advanced state management expertise (BLoC, Riverpod, Provider) with complex data flows

Real-Time & Performance Experience

Hands-on experience with heavy data handling

Memory optimization and performance tuning in Flutter applications

Real-time data synchronization across multiple UI components

Experience with data streaming protocols and efficient data parsing

Low-latency application development experience

Production & Scale Experience

Published complex apps on App Store / Play Store with high user loads

Performance monitoring and optimization in production environments

Debugging complex real-time issues under pressure

Code review and mentoring experience

Professional Requirements

Immediate availability (we start next week)

Proven track record with portfolio/GitHub showcasing complex projects

Strong problem-solving skills under high-pressure situations

Bonus Skills

Prior experience in fintech, stock trading, or real-time apps.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), GraphQL, microservices.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, performance monitoring tools.
