Job Description: Flutter Developer

We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer to join our team and help us build high-quality mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Dart, Flutter, and modern state-management approaches. Experience with Flutter Web, FlutterFlow, and mobile deployment (Android/iOS) will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance mobile applications using Flutter (Android & iOS).
• Build responsive and scalable web applications using Flutter Web.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code in Dart.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and handle data efficiently.
• Work with State Management solutions (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, GetX, etc.).
• Collaborate with designers and backend teams for smooth project delivery.
• Manage Android build processes and troubleshoot issues.
• Work with Xcode for building and deploying iOS applications.
• Use FlutterFlow for rapid prototyping (if experienced).
• Participate in code reviews and ensure app performance optimization.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Dart programming language.
• Advanced expertise in Flutter framework.
• Experience in Flutter Web development.
• Understanding of API integration (JSON, REST).
• Experience with state management libraries (Provider/Bloc/GetX/Riverpod).
• Good understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices.
• Knowledge of Android Studio and Xcode.
• Familiarity with FlutterFlow (preferred, not mandatory).

Additional Preferences

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience deploying apps to Play Store and App Store.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or related field.
• 1–3+ years of Flutter development experience (or strong project portfolio).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
