As a scalable technologypartner, we enable organizaƟons to improve operaƟonal efficiency and unleash new businesspotenƟal.Job DescripƟon: FluƩer Developer (5 Years Experience) – Android NaƟve + FluƩerAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled FluƩer Developer with a minimum of 5 years of professionalexperience, including strong hands-on experƟse in Android NaƟve development (Kotlin/Java). Theideal candidate should be able to architect, build, and maintain mobile applicaƟons with highperformance, clean code standards, and scalable structures.Key ResponsibiliƟes Develop and maintain cross-plaƞorm mobile applicaƟons using FluƩer (Dart). Build and enhance Android NaƟve applicaƟons using Kotlin/Java when required. Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, Firebase, and real-Ɵme databases. Write clean, modular, maintainable code following industry best pracƟces. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to build pixel-perfect user interfaces. OpƟmize applicaƟons for speed, performance, and stability across devices. Troubleshoot bugs, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality releases. Work closely with product managers, QA teams, and backend developers. Manage applicaƟon lifecycle from design to deployment on Play Store/App Store.Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of hands-on experience in mobile app development. 3+ years strong experience with FluƩer & Dart (minimum required).

Solid knowledge of Android NaƟve development (Kotlin/Java).  Experience working with Bloc / Provider / GetX or other state-management tools.  Strong understanding of OOP, MVVM/MVC, and clean architecture.  Familiarity with Push NoƟficaƟons, Firebase, AnalyƟcs, and cloud messaging.  Good understanding of version control (Git).  Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage.  Experience in publishing apps to Google Play Store / Apple App Store. Preferred QualificaƟons  Experience with plaƞorm channels to integrate naƟve code in FluƩer.  Knowledge of iOS development (SwiŌ/ObjecƟve-C) is a bonus.  Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.  Ability to work independently as well as in a team. SoŌ Skills  Strong communicaƟon and collaboraƟon skills.  Ability to take ownership of features and deliver within Ɵmelines.  AƩenƟon to detail and a passion for building great user experiences

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹62,085.34 per month
