(Fluent English) QA Engineer (remotely)

What you will do:

• Create and execute manual test cases based on functional specifications;
• Build and maintain test plans in Zephyr (JIRA);
• Identify, log, and track defects in JIRA; verify fixes and perform retesting;
• Validate user stories against acceptance criteria;
• Collaborate closely with Product and Development teams using a Shift-Left approach;
• Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint ceremonies;
• Support test automation efforts and contribute to CI/CD pipelines;
• Perform smoke, regression, and production testing.

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written);
• 3–5 years of QA experience in SaaS or software product companies;
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and SDLC;
• Experience working in Agile environments and applying Shift-Left testing practices;
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and testing within CI/CD environments;
• Proactive, autonomous, and highly detail-oriented mindset;
• Strong analytical thinking and research skills;
• Positive, proactive and responsible attitude;
• Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).

Will be a great plus:

• STQB (Foundation Level) Certified Tester;
• Degree in a computing or IT-related field;
• Experience with automated testing;
• Knowledge of Postman / API testing.
