Floor Manager

Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and manage front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service flow. * Train, mentor, and lead the service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. * Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally. * Ensure restaurant ambiance, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are maintained. * Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to service protocols. * Work closely with the kitchen and management team for efficient coordination. * Manage table reservations, seating arrangements, and optimize service efficiency. * Implement and enforce health, safety, and food hygiene regulations. * Assist in staff scheduling, shift management, and performance evaluations. * Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives to enhance revenue. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Floor Manager / Restaurant Supervisor in the F&B industry. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. *Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and industry best practices. * Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
