Role Overview:

The Floor Manager will oversee daily store operations for Beruru, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, smooth functioning, strong sales performance, and adherence to brand standards. The role requires leadership, operational efficiency, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Maintain and update reports using Excel; ensure effective internal communication.
• Manage inventory efficiently, including stock checks and replenishment.
• Operate and maintain proficiency in retail software such as

  Tally or Wondersoft

  .
• Monitor customer needs, trends, and performance to enhance sales and service.
• Propose and implement strategies to grow market share.
• Maintain store standards and ensure effective visual merchandising.
• Possess

  1–2 years of managerial experience

  in team handling.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in

  home decor, furniture, or lifestyle retail

  is preferred.
