Floor Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day floor operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.
• Supervise and guide front office, therapists, and support staff to deliver top-quality service.
• Monitor appointment scheduling, client flow, and service timelines for efficient operations.
• Address and resolve client concerns promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with doctors, consultants, and therapists for seamless service delivery.
• Track inventory of products, consumables, and equipment; manage stock and requisitions.
• Ensure adherence to clinic protocols, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Conduct regular team briefings, training, and performance evaluations.
• Assist in achieving monthly revenue and client retention targets.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on operations, staff performance, and client feedback.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline; hospitality or healthcare management background preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in floor/operations management, preferably in a salon, spa, clinic, or wellness industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and appointment management software is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
