Job Description

Manage a team of associates to help the team deliver on the following objectives:

Manage the production queues to ensure SLA adherence
Work across sub-processes to meet the deliverable requirements
Communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external clients to ensure the efficient flow of work in the department
Work with counterparts in the US team and other departments towards achieving client satisfaction
Identify and implement process improvements operations and technology
Act as the subject matter expert and communication bridge between staff members and customers as needed
Monitor daily production reports to ensure teams performance to meet both Production and Quality targets
Administrative oversight of team attendance and scheduling
Coordinates with supervisors to establish goals and criteria to be used in performance evaluations for assigned staff
Additional duties, when indicated

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Excellent managerial, organizational and leadership skills
