Quality Specialist

• As a Quality Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to supervise and coordinate quality control activities throughout production processes. You will be required to monitor and enforce quality assurance standards to ensure they meet the company's requirements. Conducting inspections, audits, and process evaluations to identify defects and root causes will be an essential part of your role, along with training and guiding workers on quality control procedures.
• You will also be responsible for implementing corrective and preventive actions to enhance product quality, working closely with production teams to minimize defects and optimize processes. Maintaining quality documentation, reports, and compliance records will be crucial, as well as assisting in preparing for external audits and customer inspections. Driving a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness among employees will be a key focus area.
• You will be responsible for coordinating buyer audits.
• To qualify for this position, you should have 4-5 years of experience in a similar role. Academic qualifications : Bachelor or masters in Chemistry or any related field.
• Good knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, TQM, ISO standards, and other quality frameworks.
• Proficiency in quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, Pareto Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, etc.
• The work location for this role is in-person, where you will be actively involved in ensuring quality control standards are met and maintained across production processes.

Salary : As per industry standards.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
