This Position is Base on Bangalore Location and no accommodation basis.

Job Context & Major Challenges

Presently, around 47 lacs meters of fabric is produced for around 100 brand customers of GPFPL across India and export. The B&R segment is the highest revenue generating segment in the fabric sale scenario currently. We are aiming to increase it to 50 lac mtr by adding more customers. Service level requirement of customers are increasing with time. Apart from product offering, the order servicing is also very efficient with over 90% of the orders reaching customers within timeline and in full order size. Quick communication with customer and updates on their sample/bulk order development on regular interval is the basic need. Challenges 1. Speed 2. Accuracy 3.Following up with dispatch orders towards month end when dispatch load is high.

• To assist in sending order dispatch details to customer
  

Providing details for preparation of test and inspection report Assisting in sending dispatch details such as docket number, reference number, quantity, etc. to the customer To enter, update and confirm payment related details in the system To assist in following-up with any dispatch issues related to missing items etc.

• To facilitate in sample order communication for brands.
  

Assisting in communicating about new sample orders to Sampling Team Assisting in dispatching sample orders by matching order details with reference number . Facilitate in sending samples courier to customer.

• To assist in data entry related to order development for brand customers.
  

Feeding information data such as weave, quantity etc. in system about the order received from marketing team Updating any change in information in the system Assisting in following-up with order status in the production process.

• To assist in generating orders related to brands and following up across production processes.
  

Assisting in generating TTF for new orders Tracking order status throughout the production process and follow-up with respective department in case of any delay
