• Mellow Voyages (B2C): Offering personalized travel solutions including domestic & international packages, flights, hotels, and visas.
• Regal Trip India (B2B South India DMC): Providing reliable ground-handling services and curated travel experiences for travel agents and tour operators worldwide.

We are looking for a Flight Booking Executive to manage airline reservations and deliver seamless travel support for both B2C and B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities

Flight Reservations & Ticketing

• Handle domestic and international flight bookings through GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) and airline portals.
• Issue, re-issue, cancel, and refund tickets accurately as per client requirements.
• Coordinate with airlines for special requests (meals, seats, baggage, group bookings, etc.).
• Manage PNRs, fare rules, and ticketing deadlines efficiently.

Client & Vendor Coordination

• Provide fare quotes, best route options, and alternatives to sales & clients.
• Support corporate team with group bookings for events, exhibitions, and delegations.
• Maintain strong vendor/airline relations to secure competitive fares.

Operations & Reporting

• Ensure accuracy in invoicing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation with accounts team.
• Maintain daily reports of bookings, cancellations, and refunds.
• Assist B2B partners (travel agents) with their flight ticketing needs under Regal Trip India brand.
• Stay updated on airline promotions, policies, and travel regulations (visa, COVID rules, etc.).

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of airline reservation systems (GDS/CRS).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Accuracy in fare calculation, ticketing, and handling exchanges/refunds.
• Ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines simultaneously.
• Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in Travel, Tourism, Aviation, or Commerce (IATA certification preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in flight reservations/ticketing (domestic & international).
• Freshers with relevant GDS training and strong aptitude will also be considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
